if13 Posted March 7, 2013 Posted March 7, 2013 I just downloaded IMGBURN specifically to erase some DVD RW discs. I read somewhere that the option to erase is under TOOLS and DRIVE... Well, DRIVE is grayed out. What to do? Do you think I downloaded the wrong program?
SPA_CE Posted March 7, 2013 Posted March 7, 2013 Hi. Make sure your dvd drive was detected (Check log) and pick a mode from Mode > could be any of the options starting from 'Read' and it should be available now.
LIGHTNING UK! Posted March 7, 2013 Posted March 7, 2013 If you're on (in) the Ez Mode Picker screen (mode), it won't become active because there's no drive active. Go into one of the other program modes and try again. (As SPA_CE said above )
