Trouble Burning

Ok so now im having problems burning now, I have a ihas burner, and a benq drive to rip games. I have done it with about 6 of my games now and they all played in my xbox fine. Now for some reason when I burn them they burn like normal, but when I put them in my xbox it tells me cant regionize disc after it starts. If anyone can help me please do.
