Trying to create bootable file?

Hello, I am trying to make the downloaded OTLPENet Setup file a bootable file by using imgburn's "Create image file from Files/folders" option, after doing so, when I now hover over the file, the file "type" shows "image file" and in the file's Properties it shows Image File [.mds]. I then chose "Write image file to disc" using a blank cd and now when I hover over the file on the cd it shows as an "Application" file, any ideas please?

As I understand you just double click the .exe and it will ask for a disc to burn. So the .exe have a burn engine inside the will do all necessary to make abootable disc. You don't need ImgBurn for that.
