By the name structure the "BPSD" should be the one you need http://www.firmwarehq.com/Lite-On/SOHW-1633S/files.html Try a lower speed instead of MAX. Try all if needed. Try cleaning the drive with a cleaning disc if you have one or manual if you fancy. If nothing works get yourself a new drive.
