LIGHTNING UK! Posted April 19, 2013 Posted April 19, 2013 It's probably a controller (driver) or cable issue. Which controller have you hooked the drive up to? Go into Write mode, right click the 'Destination' drive box and pick 'Family Tree'. Close the prompt and copy + paste everything from the Log window please.

Mitch Posted April 19, 2013 Author Posted April 19, 2013 After your suggestion about the cable or controller driver being faulty I switched the cable and updated the driver and all is good right now. I posted the log file as you requested after I switched the cable and did an update..Thanx for the help
