i had three hdd in my desktop C,F,H... i had imgburn 2.5.7 on F and  it worked ... drive F has since died and i have put 2.5.8 on drive C and this is what i get..... "unable to create or replace file" "a required privelege is not held by the client".... i am the only person on my machine ... it is using windows 7 ultimate

Windows 7 require admin privileges to put files in root of C:

 

The only place you can put files without restriction is your user folders eg. C:\Users\YOUR_USER_NAME and any subdirs in it.

 

ImgBurn runs at standard user level.
