LIGHTNING UK! Posted September 25, 2013 Posted September 25, 2013 What does the program list for 'Supported Write Speeds' in the box on the right? Whatever's in that box is all the drive/firmware/media combo support.

spinningwheel Posted September 26, 2013 Posted September 26, 2013 Supported Write Speeds: 16x, 32x, 40x, 48x These are the only speeds supported by your drive and 16x is the slowest available to you.
FrankJaeger Posted October 2, 2013 Author Posted October 2, 2013 that's a bummer. could anyone suggest a cd/dvd writer which can reach at least 4x at a reasonable price? talking £20-40
