Hey Guys I am also having the same issue. What is more odd is I seen others that have promoted this dvd writer as working for xbox games. Do you have any advice of which specific lite on to get that is available? I dont mind buy another one. I just dont want to have 2 useless burners and I just got this one. I have also tried memorex and verbatim media.

Here is a guy saying that this burner works.

Disable "Perform OPC before write". Second burn log shows cheap media also. Stick with the Verbatim made in Singapore, MID: MKM003 as in the first burn log.

jonathan1683,

I've moved your post into its own thread. Please don't hijack someone elses.

ok thanks for the tip ISF I need to buy some more now I used all my DVDs as coasters. I didn't mean to hijack a thread normally in forums people get mad asking the same questions and since he posted the same issue only a couple threads down I thought that would have been frowned upon making a new thread. I also donated to your site as soon as I asked for help so I didn't come across as a mooch.

thank you,
