Can I get you to right click the drive selection box and pick 'Family Tree'. Close the prompt that comes up and then copy + paste everything from the Log window please.

 

You shouldn't be getting an error with 'no additional sense information', so that could be coming from the controller you've attached the drive to (and the real error is being lost somewhere).

 

Otherwise, it's as per the post above.

its funny just done that 2k14 used clone cd worked ok lol orderd some VERBATIM ones that say made in Singapore I give them a bash

all sorted now went back to using  2.5.6.0 with my new blanks,used default setting done 2 burns all ok thanks
