Trouble burning an xbox game to disc

Hello all - hope you can help a noob - i've downloaded an xbox game and as suggested by the uploader I've installed IMGBURN but dont really know what to do next.  Do I use a regular DVD-RW disc and which option do i use....write image /create image/files/folder etc

thank you - i think i also need a better disc- using a 4gb dvd rw but the size of the file is over 7gb - going to malpins today - they might know which one i need

If the file is 7 GB, you need double layer disc. Make sure it's DVD+R DL.

ok bought those dvds - selected write image to file and all i have is the Xbox logo on screen with a menu bar at the bottom for play ,pause, stop, etc- that doesn't actually do anything- what am i doing wrong?  Any ideas?
