Boot image does not exist

I hope you can help me, I am trying to make a bootable win7 disk. I followed the instructions given

but when I push to start I get an error saying "The file you have selected as the boot image does  not exist"

I checked for a log, but non was created..

 

So what am I doing wrong??

Have you pointed the boot image file field at the etfsboot file as per the guide?
