Disc source removed while in Open File Dialog

Hi all,

 

As I put my disc into my Blu-ray drive to copy, ImgBurn starts to open the disc on 'Read Mode' and I click the save as button icon to open the

File Dialog browser and then DVDFab Passkey comes along and remove the copy protection and what not, as it remparly removes the source from the Computer, ImgBurn crashes. and then responds after DVDFab Passkey has done its job.

 

Well the bug is that ImgBurn crashes after the source is gone while the file dialog is open.

Simple. Run Passkey first, then open ImgBurn.

In what way does it 'crash' and then respond?

 

The file dialog boxes are a Windows thing. The program can't do anything if they're open, it's sitting there waiting for the API function to return control back to it.

Oh, so there's nothing you can do about it? Else you could spend some time making an Areo open dialog yourself.
