I've been ripping and burning DVD's for about a year without any issues. Now, after I boot up, I can make one burn. Then the log shows what happens on subsequent tries. I don't think its the media because I've made 100 sucessful burns with this media. I recently upgraded the firmware for my Toshiba burner drive as well. Any advice will be appreciated.

" I recently upgraded the firmware for my Toshiba burner drive as well"

if this started after you updated your firmware I'd go back to the previous version and see if it burns ok
