While burning an ISO of Windows 7, I got an I/O error (seems specificially to be a write error) and write was terminated. So I tried again with a new blank disc, and it happened again. This time I took a screenshot of the error.

 

I tried a third and final time, setting the write speed as slow as possible (2x), and unfortunately I now have three useless DVDs! I took a screenshot the third time as well.

 

My Imgburn log and the two errors are attached below... Any help appreciated!
