burni Posted November 23, 2013 Posted November 23, 2013 (edited) I have an occasional ImgBurn copy from an original BD movie where the video freezes up but the audio continues on just fine. I am using quality Verbatim BD-R 25GB media. What might be causing this? Thank you! Edited November 23, 2013 by burni
LIGHTNING UK! Posted November 23, 2013 Posted November 23, 2013 Assuming it's not an issue with the files you've burnt, I guess your player is having trouble reading the disc.
burni Posted November 23, 2013 Author Posted November 23, 2013 (edited) The player is a high end Oppo 83 and it never gives me any problems with original BD movie discs.. Edited November 23, 2013 by burni
LIGHTNING UK! Posted November 23, 2013 Posted November 23, 2013 There's a big difference between an original and a burnt disc. If it's not that it has trouble reading burnt discs in general, maybe it's just the ones your burner is producing. What drive do you have? I assume you verify your burns? If not, start doing so. If you have a log of such a burn/verify process, please post it so I can just see what you're working with.
