Google Chrome causes Waiting For Buffers to Recover

I could not reply to this topic, but had the same problem today:

here google chrome was the reason

 

imgburn worked well. but always when I tried to start google chrome, chrome came up very slowly and imgburn lost speed as well and sent the Waiting For Buffers to Recover message.

 

edit: minecraft launcher did the same. starting very slowly. maybe a network problem

Anything that tries to access the drive you're burning from could cause the issue. Mechanical drives aren't good at doing 2 things at once.
