ki6bxp Posted December 15, 2013 Posted December 15, 2013 My OS is XP Pro, SP3. IMGBurn is writing empty cda files to the CD. I created a CUE file for 16 FLAC files, then burned the image. I previously installed DirectShow filter(s) per the Guide (FLAC - madFlac - http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=130498). What am I doing wrong? I am just getting started using IMGBurn. Please see attached log file. ImgBurn_131215.log
LIGHTNING UK! Posted December 15, 2013 Posted December 15, 2013 Once you've added one of your flac files to the cue window, right click it and display the directshow filter list. Let us know what it says please.
ki6bxp Posted December 15, 2013 Author Posted December 15, 2013 I did, please see attachment. Thanks very much. IMGBurn_DirectShow.rtf
LIGHTNING UK! Posted December 15, 2013 Posted December 15, 2013 I can't see a problem with that. Is there nothing on the disc if you play it in your PC or have you only tried it on a standalone player? The program detects when filters have decoded to digital silence, so that shouldn't be what's happening here.
ki6bxp Posted December 16, 2013 Author Posted December 16, 2013 Each of the cda files on the CD are 1KB. When I try to play them with VLC, there is no sound, but no errors are displayed.
LIGHTNING UK! Posted December 16, 2013 Posted December 16, 2013 CDA files don't really exist. Just try and play the disc in media player.
