panaphobic Posted December 19, 2013 Posted December 19, 2013 I am burning copies of DVD Navigation Maps. There are 2 discs that I have made images for and have made 6 copies of each disc. All of these discs worked perfectly fine. After that though, every single disc does not work with the navigation system when I test them. I'm not sure what's going on. I am using the same DVD's I was before (came in the same cake stack). I have 2 different DVD burners, both worked fine for both discs I needed to burn. I have tried using different discs, creating new .iso files from the originals, using a different computer (creating new .iso files on that computer as well), but nothing seems to be working. It burns fine, I don't get any errors during burning or during verification. My computer cannot read the DVD's since it's not computer software or anything so I can only test the new DVD's on the actual navigation system. I'm not sure what's going on here, but like I said, the first 6 sets worked perfectly, after that, the new ones I made did not work at all. I have been using the same settings the whole time and just can't figure this out. I even tried it again last night from my home computer, copied both DVD's, then burned the images back to new DVD's, and both didn't work when I tested them.If you can help me out with this, I would really appreciate it!Here's the log information from the last copy I tried making. LIGHTNING UK! Posted December 19, 2013 Posted December 19, 2013 I wish I could help but I'm afraid I can't. The disc burnt and verified ok so it's 100% readable in the drive that wrote it. Any issue beyond that is down to the source file or the playback device. I'd probably still give it another go with some decent Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden discs though. Just in case it is a readability of the burnt disc issue.
