rlsaxe Posted December 22, 2013 Posted December 22, 2013 Please someone help me. I'm trying to burn an ISO file (it's a video slide show for a funeral tonight) and it when I tell it to burn - or write to file, it buffers, but makes absolutely no progress towards completion. It's been 13 minutes now. Is this normal? I'm running out of time. here's what the log says::
LIGHTNING UK! Posted December 22, 2013 Posted December 22, 2013 No, that isn't normal. Your system / drive doesn't appear to be responding to the commands. Reboot and try again. If you have other/better discs, try those too.
rlsaxe Posted December 23, 2013 Author Posted December 23, 2013 I rebooted quite a few times today. It never worked. I'll be trying it again momentarily. Thanks for your response though. All the rules of engagement listed after your response are pretty funny. Guess you get a bunch of people pm'ing you.
LIGHTNING UK! Posted December 23, 2013 Posted December 23, 2013 When you're in write mode, right click the drive selection drop down box and hit 'family tree' for me please. Close the prompt and then copy + paste everything from the log window.
