Win 8.1 does not see duplicator

Have had this unit for about a year, never used it. Had a need for a rush job to burn 40 DVDs the other evening. 

I made iso file of the DVD, loaded it into imageburn but it never did find I had a device out there.

 

Tried both the USB2 and USB3 interfaces.

Used the connect utility but, still nothing.

 

System has a RAID controller...

 

I am missing something obvious, can someone clue me in?

 

 

 

Disregard...went back to default settings...just burned DVDs...
