Mr. Zombie Posted January 1, 2014 Posted January 1, 2014 I've been trying to create a bootable image of Windows XP SP3 using the option "Create Image from file/folder". Instead of giving me an .iso file, it gives me a compacted, winrar file and a separate boot image. What am I doing wrong?
LIGHTNING UK! Posted January 1, 2014 Posted January 1, 2014 It is making an ISO just fine. You've got WinRAR associated with ISO files. Turn on the showing of file extensions within Explorer and tell WinRAR not to associate itself with ISO files.
Mr. Zombie Posted January 1, 2014 Author Posted January 1, 2014 (edited) Thank you. But what should I do with the extra file? I'm trying to make a bootable USB driver. Edited January 1, 2014 by Mr. Zombie
