Failed to send Cue Sheet! - Reason: Invalid Field in Parameter List

I've got a family member that is having troubles burning Cue files created in EAC while ripping.  I have a system running Windows 7 that is using the same EAC settings and applications as my family member and I don't have this issue.  Any help would be much appreciated.

Once you've loaded that CUE into Write mode, can you please click the 'View Image Information' button (A disc with a question mark on it in the 'Source' box) and post up some screenshots that let me see everything in the box (it scrolls).

Will do my best.  The family member in question is my father who is not very computer savvy and rather elderly.  I will do my best to talk him through a screen shot process sometime tomorrow morning.

Will give it a go.

In the mean time we have changed the write setting to TAO and it burns the cue successfully.  However I don't know what the disadvantages are to using this write strategy.

It isn't really burning the CUE at all in that write mode, just the files.

TAO is rubbish and you'll end up with a disc with forced 2 second gaps between tracks (plus the silence on the end of the files that's meant to be the gaps between tracks - so up to 4 seconds in some cases) and no CD-TEXT.
