Ken429 Posted February 20, 2014 Posted February 20, 2014 I am trying to limit the write speed on my Pioneer 207D so that it will burn Verbatim 25GB BD-R discs at Verbatim's stated 6x speed. Currently, ImgBurn burns these discs at the max for the 207D ~10x. I have tried playing with the Tools>Automatic Write Speed>Disk Id:" but have not had any success since I don't know what it wants for a "Disk ID", etc. I know this question has been asked many times...but be gentle...can someone point me to the solution. I am using ImgBurn to handle the Blu-Ray burning within DVDFab so I would like to have the parameters preset in ImgBurn. Thanks in advance.
LIGHTNING UK! Posted February 20, 2014 Posted February 20, 2014 Put one of the Verbatim discs in the drive, switch to 'Write' mode and then bring up the automatic write speed configuration screen. It'll auto-populate the Disc ID field. Failing that, you'd probably set the speed within DVDFab itself and it'll then pass it to ImgBurn.
