Hi all,

I don't even know what to call this problem. I'm creating ISO's of all my DVD's and decided that one computer is not getting it done fast enough. So I installed it on another computer but cant get it to work. It goes through the process in about 4 seconds and creates a small file usually about 9kb.

Anyone know what im doing wrong?

Thanks

Copy + paste all of the disc info from the box on the right when you're in Read mode please.

Your drive may not be reporting certain things properly for that disc.

Thanks for your reply. Below if the info. Just so you know I have tried multiple DVD's and all the disks that don't work in this machine do work in my other machine. I am using Any DVD and IMGBurn 2.5.8.0. Dont know if any of that helps.

Session 1...

-> Track 01 (LTSA: 0, LTS: 1, LRA: 0)

This is the problem here, your drive is returning bad information. 'LTS' is the 'Logical Track Size'. Your drive is saying it's only 1 sector long, hence why ImgBurn is just reading sector 0.

The ND12 firmware update may fix the problem... it may not.

Thanks for the reply guys. I tries the firmware update but no good. I've swapped to an external DVD drive and that works great. Must be a problem with those drives.

Thanks again
