Will ImgBurn ME 2.5.6 burn a Windows 7 disc

Both my Windows 7 & XP notebooks are not working- only Windows running is MEdition.  

Will ImgBurn 2.5.6.0 for ME burn a Windows 7 disc given a Windows 7 ISO file?

Yes, the OS the application is running on makes no difference.
