Windows 7 boot image

Recommended Posts

Posted (edited)

I am trying to create a bootable Windows 7 DVD. Everything was going well, but then I got to the part where I had to enter the boot image. I don't know what to look for, I see no etfsboot.com file so I don't know what to put in the boot image box.

Here's what's in the folder:

Computer-User (Blank text document)

Windows 7 ACTIVATION (WinRAR ZIP archive)

Windows 7 SP1 Ultimate 64 bit (ISO file)

Windows 7 USB - DVD Tool Information (Internet shortcut)

Windows 7  USB - DVD Tool (Application)

What should I put in the boot image box?

It sounds like you should just be burning the ISO in Write mode. No need to build another disc when one already exists.
