Media single layer profile?

When building an image, the default single layer profile is: DVD-R/RW.

 

Will this give problems when I burn these images to DVD+R discs? Should I change the profile to DVD+R/RW or doesn't it matter?

Only if you happen to be building images that are larger than DVD+R discs. DVD-R are a tiny bit bigger you see. If you go over the capacity of a DVD+R, you'd need to burn to a double layer disc (or a DVD-R if the image can fit on that).
