I have no idea what any of this means, Can someone please help? I've searched the boards but i haven't seen anyone with this problem, and if there is 'm sorry.

Update your drives firmware to 2.1g and try again.

It could just be that you're using duff discs though, in which case I'd recommend you buy some Verbatim (MCC dye / TYGxx dye) or Taiyo Yuden discs.

What discs are you using ? As the boss said this error could be down to discs that your drive doesn't like, usually crappy media like CMC MAG dye on the discs.

 

If you copy paste the log that appears in the window under the main GUI we can take a look for you.
