Posted October 5, 2006 Posted October 5, 2006 Update your drives firmware to 2.1g and try again. http://forum.rpc1.org/dl_firmware.php?download_id=1719 It could just be that you're using duff discs though, in which case I'd recommend you buy some Verbatim (MCC dye / TYGxx dye) or Taiyo Yuden discs.

lfcrule1972 Posted October 11, 2006 Posted October 11, 2006 What discs are you using ? As the boss said this error could be down to discs that your drive doesn't like, usually crappy media like CMC MAG dye on the discs. If you copy paste the log that appears in the window under the main GUI we can take a look for you.
