Burning Win7 install disc on Mac

I am trying to get my Toshiba back up and running and I am wondering if I can complete this at all.  I have downloaded from Digital River the Win7 install .iso but now I am stuck.  I am on a Mac and downloaded iSkysoft DVD creator to burn the .iso to a disc to boot up the install of Win7.  

 

I cannot upload a .iso to this creator to get it to burn.

 

Possible or am I just all wrong.
