truntyholes Posted September 21, 2014 Posted September 21, 2014 (edited) After using the CD to ISO option, I noticed that the ISO was much bigger than the source CD itself. Source: 146 MB (note that this is the stated size from the inserted CD) ISO: 656 MB Viewing the ISO in WinRAR, it also says that it is 146 MB large. It has also happened to another CD: Source: 172 MB ISO: 386 MB But then one time, they were nearly the same size. Why does this happen and what can I do to fix this? LIGHTNING UK! Posted September 21, 2014 Posted September 21, 2014 You can't do anything, that's the size of the disc as the drive is reporting it.
