Already wasted 3 discs, not using another disc till I find a solution. Please help as soon as you can. Thanks.

Turn off 'Perform OPC', re-enable Burn-Proof (it's always on for DVD+R anyway so it's pointless turning it off to 'aid' with burning DVD+R DL) and then clear the drive's OPC history.

 

As your errors aren't in the common place for when +R DL discs are being overburnt, I'm inclined to say you just have a bad spindle of discs. Still, I'd try what I said above and then post a kprobe scan of the next disc you burn.
