Complete Novice- I want to Write image file to computer folder not Disc

I have some ISO blu-ray fiels on my computer that I want to convert to blu ray files but rather than burn them to an actual disc drive I want to burn them to my hard drive.  How would I do this? Thank you !!!

you just copy and paste to another hard disk.

if you want to copy the files on that iso , try mounting the iso with virtual clone drive http://www.slysoft.com/en/virtual-clonedrive.html
