Burning speed issue

Hello, i have issues trying to burning a CD at 4x speed, and because is a psx cue, the console cant read it if burned at more speed than that,

this is the log, red letters are the warning that i got, anyone got any suggestion to fix that? Thanks

You can't fix it. The speeds are controlled by the drive and its firmware. If the lowest it can do is 8x, I'm afraid that's what you're stuck with.
