Very Low Burning Speed

I'm trying to burn iso on DVD disc. But every time it ends the same way. When writing LeadIn process starts it never ends (or takes at least 4-5 hours). I used regular discs, Verbatims and much more -  it always looks the same. Any ideas how fix this?
(using cdburnerXp or base Win7 iso burning options - gives the same resultats). ImgBurn.log
