Need help creating a bootable dvd for win 7

I have an ISO file from Digital River and want to make a bootable DVD so I can reload my windows on a lap top.  do I just move the file to the DVD or are there other things I have to do to make the DVD bootable?

Load it in 'write' mode (write image file to disc) and see if you see 'bootable' mentioned next to the 'file says' label. If you do, just burn it.
