Config ImgBurn Sony AD-5280S-CB-PLUS

If anyone can help me set up ImgBurn to burn RITEK-S04-66 media. I'm using the Ridata Media - RITEK-S04-66. Label Sony Ad-5280s-cb-plus. I will use the firmware 1.Z7. thank you

The default settings work fine.

 

The 'overburning' part of that drive wasn't really designed/tested for use on anything another other than Verbatim media... so go and buy some decent MKM-003-00 discs.

I did the firmware with 1.Z7 tests and recorded all dvd-dl perfectly. No truncated recording. I tested with the media - MKM-003-00, RICOHJPN-D01-67, MKM-001-00, RITEK-S04-66, UMEDISC-DL1-64, YUDEN000-T03-00, TYG03, MCC-004-00, MCC 03RG20, YUDEN000-T03-00, T02-00-YUDEN000 and all recordings gave no error. This dvd sony AD-5280S is the best of all I have ever used.

You did 'Verify' too yes, not just burnt?

 

Drives often appear to burn successfully (no error reported during 'Write' phase) but produce unreadable discs (error reported during 'Verify' phase).

I made the check in all medias no errors.

All have success...
