You haven't attached anything.

 

Unless you're taking an image of a CD, it'll only ever create an ISO file.

 

Most people with problems like yours tend to think it's making a RAR file or similar because double clicking on it opens WinRAR. That's not a problem with ImgBurn, it's just you've associated WinRAR with ISO files. Tell Explorer to show file extensions - then you can actually see what you're dealing with.
