Re-boot and re-start imgburn but all I get is "Device Not Ready (No Reference Position Found) ... OooHHH Nooo! Is it possible to force imgburn to re-erase this disk? dbminter Posted January 1, 2015 Share Posted January 1, 2015 Have you tested other discs than the one that you were using when the power failed? In other words, have you ruled out that the drive might have been damaged? If other discs work, then you know that one disc is borked and can't be used anymore. LIGHTNING UK! Posted January 1, 2015 Share Posted January 1, 2015 It looks like you've picked the wrong disc type. It's a DVD-RW yeah, not a DVD-RAM? Normally the selection would be automatic, but as your drive can't initialise the disc, it can't tell ImgBurn what's in it and therefore ImgBurn has to prompt you.
