Creating an empty root folder, then add folders beneath it.

I've run out of ideas on how to search for my answer to my question and I do feel that I've done my due diligence in trying to find an answer so here I am!

 What I want to do:

  01) Create a data DVD with a folder at the root of the DVD directory with a folder name that I choose.

  02) Add files & folders beneath the empty folder created above.

(and with their files & subfolders & their files & subfolders and so on down through the file/folder heiarchy).

To explain my desire:

I have files & folders scattered over multiple drives & folders and there are times I want to grab a certain set of those files and folders and put them into a uniquely named folder and burn it to DVD.  The name I would choose would depend on various other reasons as to why I am creating the data DVD.

I realize that I could create a folder on my HDD and copy or move the folders I want to that newly created folder and then burn to DVD; I know how to do that.  What I'm trying to learn today is if I can circumvent that process (to save time & HDD space) by simply creating the empty folder from within ImgBurn ISO creation process and then add the desired folders to it using the standard builtin ImgBurn procedures.

Can this be done?
