silkthinker Posted March 21, 2015 Posted March 21, 2015 (edited) Hello. I added the last R to drive in my title. It should be HP disc drive. I'm attaching my log and the visual error I get. I've never had a problem burning single layer Verbatim discs. I've produced one or two coasters, but yes, it is a Dell Vostro 3560 laptop slim drive, with 6GB Ram, W7, the lot. I am getting an I/O Error that prevents the disc drive to start burning. Please let me know if there is anything I need to provide for further assistance. Thank you. LIGHTNING UK! Posted March 21, 2015 Posted March 21, 2015 Your drive is reporting a 'Write Error' so I would assume it doesn't like burning that disc. You could try burning at one of the lower supported speeds (on a new disc) and if that still doesn't work, try turning 'Perform OPC before write' off again in the settings. If you still have no luck, try some different discs.
