dbminter Posted April 15, 2015 Posted April 15, 2015 At some point in the past, did ImgBurn write image files of CD's to BIN/CUE files? Now, it writes to .IMG/Cue files, doesn't it? Or were/are BIN reserved for only Audio CD images? I believe the last audio CD image I made was IMG/Cue, but I could be wrong.
LIGHTNING UK! Posted April 15, 2015 Posted April 15, 2015 Yours is calling the data file an img file because you're creating a ccd file. Virtual clone drive / clonecd only work with ccd/img combos. There's no way (that I know of) to specify the name of the data file, they always look for *.img.
dbminter Posted April 15, 2015 Author Posted April 15, 2015 You're right. I do create CCD files for use with Virtual CloneDrive. I came across some BIN/CUE files from 7 to 8 years ago of an Audio CD that I am pretty sure I made with ImgBurn. Since then, I switched from Alcohol to Virtual CloneDrive. So, I would have changed the ImgBurn settings to create CCD files since then. I should still load the .CUE file in ImgBurn, right? Not the CCD, if ImgBurn even supports reading CCD files?
LIGHTNING UK! Posted April 15, 2015 Posted April 15, 2015 Yes, still the CUE file. It can read CCD files though.
