Hi there, I'm a newbie on here and was wondering if anyone can please help with this issue.

After burning a widescreen blu ray movie with ImgBurn, I'm left with BOTH black bars at the BOTTOM of the screen (instead of one at the top and one at the bottom).

This is best illustrated if you see the attached photo.

I'm to sure why it keeps happening, but it's been doing my nut in!!

And I've also wasted countless BD's. :(

Basically, the process is this:

I convert an .mkv file to blu ray using TSMuxer, and then burn the BDMV and Certificate files to blu ray using IMGBurn.

Initially I wasn't having any problems, but now it's doing it all the time (unless it's a full screen movie of course).

I don't recall having changed any of the settings either (unless I've done so accidentally).

If anyone can help, I'd be truly grateful.

Thanks (in advance)!

This isn't anything to do with ImgBurn, it just burns your data as-is.

So you'd need to check your source file, tsmuxer, your player and maybe even the TV itself to see where the problem lies. One of them must be doing something weird.

Hi, many thanks for your comments.

Well, I've already checked the blu ray player and TV settings, and that doesn't seem to be the problem.

It plays retail widescreen blu rays & dvd's no problem.

So, I'm guessing it must be TSMuxer then.

I think I'll try uninstalling it, and downloading it again.
