rado84 Posted June 10, 2015 Posted June 10, 2015 I noticed ImgBurn ejects the disk after burning and takes it back immediately in order to start verifying files. Is there any way to avoid that unnecessary ejection?
LIGHTNING UK! Posted June 10, 2015 Posted June 10, 2015 Cycling the tray forces the drive to have to reinitialise the disc - it's not an 'unnecessary ejection', it's a key part of the verification process. If you really can't stand it happening, turn off the 'cycle tray before verify' option in the settings.
rado84 Posted June 11, 2015 Author Posted June 11, 2015 I thought it was unnecessary because other programs don't do that. They perform a verification without ejecting.
LIGHTNING UK! Posted June 11, 2015 Posted June 11, 2015 That doesn't mean they're right, I'm just more thorough.
