copy bootable disc via commandline

I want to make a copy of a bootable cd, dvd, .. using the commandline. All my attempts failed  I could only copy the data. What options should I set to get a bootable disc?

The only way to do that in ImgBurn is by using Read mode to create an image file and then Write mode to burn the image file to a new disc.
