Is it possible to edit inter-track timings on a re-opened CUE file?

After entering track-to-track timing data for an audio CD, I saved the CUE file, burned the CD, and don't like the result (didn't expect to, this was approximation only.) Now I need to edit the timings, and cannot find a way to do so.

Is this possible? Thanks. (Don't see how a progam log would help, I would need this for every CD I produce.)
