jjc Posted July 16, 2015 Posted July 16, 2015 (edited) It seems that the subject PUP has attached itself on the SetupImgBurn_2.5.8.0.exe. I down download it, but Norton Insight immediately removes it, along with the setup exe. When scanning with Malwarebytes Antimalware it quarantines and removes the setup exe. Anyone out there that can take a look at the web site and "fix" the problem? I hate to loose the tool, but I have to reinstall since I rebuilt my system, and this is the only thing I can no longer get. Thanks. John Edited July 16, 2015 by jjc
LIGHTNING UK! Posted July 16, 2015 Posted July 16, 2015 Add an exception or just disable them for a second. Mbam defaults to ignoring pups on my system. It does find it though, the prompt just defaults to 'ignore'.
