The payload appears to work ('enable') on lots of drives, that doesn't mean it will actually work.

Like I said, specific hardware and media is key.

Can you post the log of the actual burn please?

I have seen many topics here in the forum but no one found the solution for this error :
Potential ' WaitImmediateIO ' Deferred Error - (99% , 0/3 )
People with different drives and different medias are having this error, I begin to think it's some setting specifies the imgburn that needs to be fixed , something that needs to be checked or unchecked in settings.
This guy seems to have found the solution, but I did not understand what he did . thanks for the help

Doesn't matter the name on the package.  What matters is the MID/DID field.  It says CMC.  CMC Magnetics is the worst manufacturer of optical media out there.  Most of the errors we see on this board are caused by cheap junk media like CMC.  And, with DVD+R DL, most DVD+R DL error issues disappear when people switch to Verbatim's DVD+R DL that you don't buy in a store because those are CMC's.  You'll want the MKM media.  For DVD+R DL, the only reliable ones are Verbatim MKM's.
