Jerry9 Posted October 6, 2015 Share Posted October 6, 2015 While there are workarounds to the PUP.Optional.OpenCandy Malware in your current version installer, I would like to know WHY are you allowing this malware to persist? If you consider yourselves to be reputable and trustable providers of software, this is not the way to promote your reputations. I am going to report this to the DVDhelp and DigitalFAQ forums since they have been actively promoting you guys. The previous version did not have this malware. Before downloading the new version, I donated $5 via PayPal, but then found the malware (from MalwareBytes) upon install. (See attached image.)
