Tried to burn an ISO image to a disc was using 4x and it looked like it all went smooth until the Verify (I am using a semi-older Samsung Laptop) and after it ejected the disc I got a popup that said it could not manually put the disc back in (uneject?) so I did it myself and clicked OK

Well afterwards I got these errors:

E 01:13:19 CompareImageFileLayouts Failed! - Session Count Not Equal (1/0)
E 01:13:19 Verify Failed! - Reason: Layouts do not match.

And upon looking at the disc nothing had change. Nothing was on the disc or anything. Here is the full log:

I am trying again at 3x write speed. Will update but I am guessing the same thing will happen. I have a question though, at the top it says Windows 8 but I have Windows 10. Could this be a problem?

You drive appears to be going through the motions of burning the disc but it's then unable to read anything on it once it's finished and the tray has been cycled.

If you go back into Write mode and put that burnt disc back in, does it still think the disc is empty?

Try cleaning the drive with a cleaning disc and / or try with different discs.

The Windows 10 thing is a technical issue.  It will be fixed when the next version of ImgBurn comes out.  It has nothing to do with your issue.
