BD-R burn hangs on "Reserving Track..."

ImgBurn used to work fine, at some point I upgraded or installed something and now it doesn't. *sigh*

 

But it wouldn't let me reply to that thread so I reluctantly am starting a new one.  I found another thread suggesting that I look at my "family tree".  Below is my log.

 

Is it possible to pay for support?  I successfully found another blu-ray burning program that seems to work fine but I like ImgBurn would would prefer to keep using it.
